1.How can I update my shipping address?
Your last used shipping address is automatically saved onto your Gobeauty NY account. You
have the option to amend it if the address needs to be updated.
Directions: Click -> "My Account" (upper right column -> "Address book" (left column) - input your new shipping address
- > " Save Address"
2. Do I need to be at my shipping address when my package is delivered?
Your package may require a signature depending on your geographic location.
If required, your tracking information will provide the details. For further details,
please contact your shipping company.
3. Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?
If you received the tracking link today or during the weekend, most likely it has not been physically shipped out yet.
Our orders are shipped out at 6:30 PM (MONDAY- FRIDAY except for HOLIDAYS) when a UPS rep comes to collect the boxes.
Tracking info is only updated once they have scanned the boxes.
Please allow 1 BUSINESS DAY from the time you received your shipping confirmation email to see updated tracking information.
Please note it may take up to 3 business day for your order to fully be processed and shipped out.

4. What shipping method do you provide?
At this time, we provide both UPS and USPS delivery options. This option allows our GobeautyNY customers
to use their preferred shipping service and flexible delivery date and time.
5. Can I change my shipping method?
Your shipping method is automatically selected once your order is submitted.
Please contact us if you've selected the wrong option.
6. My order was successfully submitted, when will I receive my order?
Once your order is received, we perform a quality check
and pack your products with care. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you with the provided
email along with the tracking details. If you do not receive your tracking number, please check your spam mail or simply contact us.
Please note that it takes up to 1-3 business days for the order
to fully process. The shipping time can vary depending on your geographic location, usually 1-7 business days.
7. How do I cancel my order?
Any orders submitted the same day can be canceled anytime before 5 PM (Eastern time).

8. What if the item I want is out of stock?
Each company has a different turnaround time, kindly let our team know and we will find out the details and let you know.
9. I would like to add to my order, does that mean I have to pay the shipping fee twice?
If you have an existing order but would like to add on to qualify for free shipping, kindly
let us know by calling 929-354-0274.
10. How do I place an order?
It's very simple! Please see the steps below:

Step 4. Choose the quantity

If you would like to add on to your shopping bag, click " Continue Shopping"

11. What payment method do you accept?
Gobeauty NY is currently accepting all major credit/Debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
12. Why was my payment declined?
Please check the Cardholders name, expiration date, security code on the back as well as your billing and shipped address. Any incorrect information may keep you from completing your transaction.
13. My payment was declined but I was still charged?
The declined payment may still be processing, the process should
be canceled the next business day. If not,
please call your bank or simply call us at 929-354-0274.
14. What is your general policy?
All returns must be done within 14 days since purchase.
15. How do I initiate a return?
